CONTINUAL SUPPORT OF FRANCHISEE BY FRANCHISER-TYPE 1
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
The franchiser agrees to support the franchisees interest of business in the following manner:
1. Any information to improve standard of business will be sent to franchisee for implementation.
2. Corporate promotions and advertising department will be available to aide franchisee in development and implementation of advertising campaigns and promotional activities for local markets.
3. On going training seminars and programs for managers and employees will be available to franchisee.
4. Franchiser will provide authorized persons who may counsel franchise as his or her request at decided and agreed to compensation.
